There are points in life when all of us run into some type of roadblock on the way to accomplishing our goals. At Max Belief we are here to help you avoid those roadblocks. If you have already hit a roadblock we can help you find a way around it. With guidance and structure to help identify the path, it is amazing how fast change can happen. About Max Belief

I am Kirk Gibson the owner of Max Belief. Max Belief started as Gibson Consulting Group in 2005 and changed to Max Belief in 2019. I started this endeavor after working with and listening to many top athletes and business-people. I realized even the best had doubts about their ability to hit the goals they put in front of themselves. Thus, Max Belief because it is amazing what you can accomplish when you believe in yourself. I fully believe that every individual has the innate strength, courage and resources required to achieve greatness! Max Belief is focused on helping individuals, athletes and businesses to clearly identify the goals they are striving for and achieve them.

My personal background includes being a former D1 swimmer, NLP Master Practitioner and Dealer Development Manager with a Fortune 500 company. I have traveled the world working with athletes, sales groups and business leaders. I specialize in setting powerful goals and removing barriers to achievement by accessing and mastering the limiting beliefs and emotional processes related to performance.

As a speaker and coach, I bring my sales, leadership and training expertise along with a blend of certifications to my presentations and coaching.

I am based in Iowa, and enjoy swimming, skiing, paddle boarding, or just being outside with my 2 children and wife Joy.
